Mr. Anurag Gupta is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having more than 35 years of experience in various business fields. Initially in his career, he had worked with a leading chemical manufacturing company and raised long term funds through equity and loans.
Later on after working 5 Years with company he started his own business. He is first generation entrepreneur and able to reach at respectable level in business community. In the early days of business life he got significant experience while working with early stage small / medium size companies. He helped these companies for raising the funds through equity from public and loans from banks, business planning and strategy, financial planning and management consultancy. During that period he developed excellent relations with manufacturing / trading / finance companies, corporate houses and business community.
Further he extended his arms in indigenous wholesale trading and merchant imports & exports of various agricultural produces and commodities as well as manufacturing activities of polymer products.
Mr. Gupta has very close relation in the Business Industry & Chartered Accountant Fraternity. He has knowledge and respectable name among them. All the combined qualities of him will take the Company in new growth arena
Mrs. Navrati Gupta is a Science graduate. She belongs to the business family and has fairly good knowledge and sense of doing business. She also has good administrative skills and presently managing administration and day to day affairs of the company. Her skills in understanding key matters have been helping Mr. Gupta personally and professionally since the last 3 decades.
Mr. Satish Gupta is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having more than 25 years of experience in financial activities, accountancy, tax advisory services and auditing. He has got in-depth knowledge of taxation, managerial and consultancy areas. He has been providing his expertise to SMEs, Corporates and Listed Entities. His knowledge & experience contributes a lot in key decision making progress of the Company.
Mr. Sandeep Mangal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate having more than 12 years of experience in taxation – Direct as well as Indirect and Capital Market etc. He has very good sense of identifying stock for investment purpose at very early stage. He has also very good hands on technical analysis of stocks. He has in-depth knowledge of GST and Indirect taxation matters. On regular basis, he has been key advisory in expertise areas of the Company.
Ms. Hema Bose is a post graduate in MBA Finance. She is having around 18 years of work experience in Accounting, Finance and Taxation – Direct as well as Indirect. She has been associated with the group for 17 years. She is able to handle key banking, accounting, taxation, and financial matters alone. She is backbone to the Mangament.
Ms. Saumya Agrawal is an associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She has done graduation in commerce and currently handling Secretarial and Listing Compliances of the Company. Her planning and key advisory skills help the Management in Corporate Governance.
